A. Payment by bank card during online registration, on the online bank card interface provided by K&H Bank.
In case of unsuccessful payment (e.g., wrong CVC code, wrong SMS code for double authentication, mistyped bank account number), the system offers repeat payment as long as the browser window remains open. Should the browser window be closed, registration for the event will not be stored and it will have to be repeated. After successful payment, the IT system of our company will automatically establish the invoice to the address you have specified so please do fill in the billing details carefully. Invoices can only be corrected on payment of an admin fee.
YOU ARE KINDLY REMINDED THAT PARTICIPATION IN LIVE SESSIONS IS ONLY POSSIBLE IF YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PAID BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE EVENT.
B. In case of bank transfer as per the pro-forma invoice received in the confirmation e-mail, you are kindly requested to transfer the entire amount of the services ordered to our company’s bank account. Please add the number of our pro-forma invoice in the message field of your wire transfer form – the invoice will be established to the invoicing address specified by you once we received the amount. We can only send another invoice or amend an invoice on payment of an admin fee. Should the services ordered on registration not be paid in full, our company may deny participation in the event.
Once the amount was transferred, repayment of your ONLINE registration fee can be effected without penalty till 1 September 2021, on payment of an admin fee. Penalty after this deadline is 100%.
