All fees except the accommodation must be paid in EUR, free of all bank charges.
Payment should be made by credit card.
Payment can also be made by bank transfer.
Bank transfer is available until 10 May 2025. After this date, only card payments are accepted. Payments by bank transfer must include delegate’s full name and name of the event (NAES 2025). Payments without these details cannot be processed.
The final invoice can will be sent to you within a week after the registration is confirmed and paid in full. The final invoice will be issued based on the details provided during the registration process.
Cancellations must be submitted by email to the Conference Organizer
