Welcome Note

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

The organizing committee of the 15th Annual “Brano” Radovancevic Heart Failure Forum welcomes you to this year’s meeting. Since its beginning in 2008, our annual meeting has focused on “innovations and new treatment strategies in heart failure.” A variety of treatment options, including state-of-the-art medical therapy, heart transplantation, and mechanical circulatory support, will be presented and discussed by world-recognized leaders in their respective fields.

Since its beginning in 2008, this Forum has been dedicated to fulfilling the vision of the late Brano Radovancevic, MD. The mission of this meeting is to encourage research, debate best practices, and distribute comprehensive updates on the treatment of advanced heart failure.

This year’s meeting is held in Budapest, Hungary, from September 13-15, 2023. The program includes valuable content for many medical professionals, including clinicians, surgeons, interventional radiologists, specialists, residents, researchers, and students with keen interests in the field. The organizing committee believes that forums such as these are vital for promoting an understanding of advances in heart failure treatment that could enable many more patients to survive their disease. Lively, interactive discussion is encouraged and expected between the gathered international faculty and the audience.

Thank you for your interest, support, and participation.
Sincerely,

Igor D. Gregoric, MD, FACCBojan Vrtovec, MD, PhDRajko Radovancevic, MDBéla Merkely PhD, DSc, FESC, FACC
