Confirmation, payments, cancellations, refunds

Confirmation and the corresponding receipt will be sent upon receiving the full payment.
To guarantee any registration and accomodation payment of your full stay and your registration fee rae required. In case od any cancellation up to August 31, 2017, costs will be refunded less 50 EUR for administration costs. After this date payments can not be refunded under any circumstances.
